Business Account Registration Dilemma
 

So I am planning on getting myself a DBA in order to obtain an EIN number for near the future. Now, when I want to register at eBay as business, it also states that I have to include personal information, such as, First and Last Name. Now the DBA will be under my name, and I have been suspended from ebay. The same is for paypal account.

So what is the work around for ebay and paypal?
Do I include a totally different name?
Do they actually check with the county clerk to confirm the name?

Any feedback will be a great a help.

Use the name Bob Jones (or any random name) in the paypal account and ebay account. He is your accounts receivable/book keeper/janitor for your business. Ebay can't check your state business registry for the owner. That is the point of creating a coporation so you can separate your personal info & assets from your business info & assets.
