What do you tell buyers?
 

When purchasing an "alias" eBay account in order to be able to sell again what do you tell the buyer of the product. Meaning I assume you ship them the product with your true name and address (in the case of a return). Thus, as a seller when they receive your product and a different name and address is on the package, how do you explain the discrepancy.

Ideally the account has a return address that is accessible.

Always better to avoid letting the buyer 'see' anything different from the account info.

I doubt they would remember the name from when they paid you on PayPal. If they happen to say something, just say that one is your business partner's name, and the other is your name. From a buying perspective, I wouldn't worry or care too much, to be honest. I would follow the return procedure specified by the seller so I can just get my refund & move on
