Just go to My eBay. If you don't see it, click "All selling" on the right.

Looks like this:

If you can't see it, then there's a chance the account has UNLIMITED limits. It didn't show for me once, so I called eBay and the guy told me it was unlimited :)

Best thing is to list as many items per day. 20, 30 maybe even 100 items. This will you will reach your limit.

my selling limits for some reason were never posted even after ppl here told me where to find it. it was still not there. had to call ebay and tell them it was missing, so they did some internal work and it showed up.
