ebay new Alerts phone verfication
 

ebay, have been sending out new alerts to everyone with accounts, they are say that this coming summer they will make a random call to you at the phone you registed with them, to verifly it you ,as l registered with VIOP some months ago, and now it does not work with them, any ideals to get round this ?

take it easy, the message reads it will make call if u list from a different pc. it also say it will give u option where to call u .. so it is advised now that u should leave your first number as it is donot touch it add a secondry prepay cell phone number, incase ebay ever wants to call u .. i dont think its a big deal.. ohh and one last thing the message also reads that it can also give u option to add a third number by asking u secret question so u can even leave the matter as it is untill something really shows up.. but i would highly recommend todo the necessary now just to avoid any misfortunes in the future.. goodluck

60 crikey, we would need 60 bank accounts to do that lol :P UK now need verified paypal to sell. I have 2 :( out of 8 banks which i can use paypal had all the rest in the last 8 years ;(

I Did phone verification this morning after trying unsuccessfully to list thru auctiva,was no big deal.they just wanted to be sure that its ur acct.I had a long quarrel with live chat.I asked y its so easy to buy and very difficult to sell?The funny thing is they don't even put any phone number to call, they just say submit this page to continue, then u scroll down and click "call now" or "call in 2 minutes".The whole process is just less than a minute.But i've got 2 additional calls from ebay since then within a space of 3hrs.They r disturbing my sleep.I bet they will be calling once in a while to check u on that number.
