Ebay U.S. Service Catagory Question

Hello, Im in the UK and I want to Provide a Service, in ebay UK they stopped the service catagory, So im listing the service on the ebay U.S. site. When making a listing should I put location in U.S. or UK.

for the location, I would say that its based in the UK due to the time zone issue and the way you respond to messages
