0 selling limits I just created a stealth account few weeks ago, it has 0 selling limits, so I can't list anything unless I request for more. Anyone having this problem? It seems rare. What should I do about it? Give up the account?
Thanks |
slapped | 11-13-2012 01:08 AM | NEVER Heard of that, Im assumming that you did indeed create a SELLERS ACCOUNT, I would Let the account sit, buy a thing or 2 on it, then after you have a Bit of history, try to list something "safe" on it if it does not work scrap the account and make a new one |
cardfelon | 11-13-2012 01:25 AM | Do you have a Paypal account linked to the EBay account? |

Did you tried to sell on a newest account? I think you should wait your account 30 days old before list item. |
AmazonStealth | 11-13-2012 02:15 AM | Are you sure you have all your selling details updated? Sounds like you are missing some crucial info. |

StealthAssassin | 11-13-2012 02:50 AM | It hasn't happened lately, but I have created some accounts that I can't sell on 0 items/$0.
Had me thinking if I had done anything wrong....but that was maybe 4 or 5 months ago. Haven't had it happen since. Used to get a lot of 10/500 and now the usual is 10/1000 with the ultra rare occurrence of an account having no limits. |
imjustme | 11-13-2012 03:17 AM | The question is ...have you tried listing on those accounts? What message do you get when trying to list something? |

Not sure if it is because I made a brand new account, then created a seller account and went to list an item. You aren't made aware of your limit until you list your first item. Thats when they hit you with the message that you cant list because you are over your limit of 0 items. |
jhn2001 | 12-28-2012 05:42 AM | try to unlink and then link again also try speaking to ebay live support ( chat ) |

hothotie | 04-08-2014 06:21 AM | Re: 0 selling limits I am reviving this thread because I just got the same "This account has no related account at this time." message along with a 0 selling limits. My account is US based and I opened it 2 weeks ago. Been browsing and watching items to let cookies be downloaded as well. My other stealth is going strong (both opened at the same time). Just weird. I think it is pretty much a spot check basis. |
pokerpro | 04-08-2014 02:37 PM | Re: 0 selling limits I have never had this happen to me or heard of it before now? I'd buy a couple of cheap items ad see if that changes in 2 or 3 weeks...if not, even though it's not the bast thing, I'd call them, as you have nothing to lose...but that's just me. |
keepongoing | 04-10-2014 12:30 PM | Re: 0 selling limits I just got the same thing.

bbapv | 08-06-2014 04:17 PM | Re: 0 selling limits I got the same situation with two account in last week. Something is wrong, maybe eBay want that all seller have to pass a background check!!! |
