So I opened 100/5000 today
 

I used BoA account to verify paypal instantly, I noticed for some reason paypal doesn't give instant verification option for every bank.

I changed one letter in my First Name and my address from 780 to 779
After I got my limits 10/1000, I requested higher limits, answered 3 questions and got 100/5000, well it's not unlimited account but still better than 10/1000

Before I tried to change one letter in Last Name and it didn't work for me, I guess I can play only with the First name

opened another one, deleted last letter from my first name and shifted my address

Why are you concerned with the name on your bank account.
PPal can't see the bank account name. Just the account number.
Or am I confused?

I am concerned with my name and address on Ebay and Paypal, bank has my real info

You can still do bank transfers to BoA as Paypal will not see the name. Only when money is taken can they see the name. BoA are good for mismatched names, haven't had a problem with them yet.

may be somebody knows how far can I go from my real address, what is the range for verification

Paypal cannot see your name and address, they only have your account number. That is why for stealth there are certain banks that we need to use and BOA is one of them where they accept deposits in different names

Opening a 100/5000 off creation always makes me think its linked to another account.

They can see your info if you transfer into paypal.... Not out....
