Shipping Price for specific country

Since we are unable to print Express Labels to Russia, Kazakstan, Ukraine, etc.

Is it possible to set the shipping charges much higher than my usual international shipping for these specific countries?

For example I have a standard fee for worldwide shipping ( let's say 100$ ), but these 3-4 countries I'd like it to be double ( 200$ let's say ).

Possible?
