Listing removed, restricted, but fixed!
 

eb Listing removed, restricted, but they wanted me to call them, called and they fixed it. But asked me to upload receipt for future listings. Should I wait for 1-2 weeks before listing again?

BTW, this is new stealth account (<1 month), started selling and buying.

Is this considered "phone verification"?

No that's not considered phone verification. Phone verification is when they call you and send you a numerical code then you punch it in your phone and verify.

They have you call in sometimes when your account is new and start selling. What kind of items are you selling, vero? If so I would def wait...
