need help pls

im trying to print some shipping labels from a stealth account a bought a seller here wich supposed to be unlimited and has limit, i dont know if thats the problem for not letting me print my shipping lables its asking me for a debit or credit card, i dont know if i can ship this from my local post office pls someone give me an advice untill the seller decide to fix this issue.

Yes, you can ship the item from your local post office. After shipping you can input the tracking information manually.
