use your paypal acc for a diff ebay acc
 
ok i think i done this.had an old paypal acc and ebay acc ebay acc was in the neg feedback,i opened a new ebay acc went to reg the pay acc it said its registered with another acc so i went to paypal changed the address and used it for my new ebay acc. (i never used this old paypal acc to do any transactions for the old ebay acc i dont know if that makes a difference).
