Only US or Canada sellers are elegible for 20% FVF Top Rated Discount?
I recently became a Top-Rated seller with one account, where I offer 1 day shipping with tracking, 14 day returns accepted and have all-positive DSR ratings of 4.80+ on each, with even 4.96 on item as described.
I was expecting that announced 20% FVF discount on eBay fees, but when I checked my invoices, I couldn't see it. So I wrote to eBay support and they wrote back that only US- or Canada-based sellers qualify for the 20% discount and pointed me to http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/top-rated.html which does indeed state: Quote:
Also, only sellers who reside in the US or Canada are eligible for the 20% final value fee discount on eBay.com and eBay Motors listings.
