Unpaid items count against selling limits?

You got to be kidding me ...I have an account that has a 10 item selling limit. I sold 10 items, 8 buyers didn't pay and I got my fees back through unpaid item disputes, but I still can't re-list the items because of the selling limit.

Does it take some time to update after closing the disputes? Or do they really count against the selling limit even after buyers didn't pay.

Its a messy nightmare thats not even worth calling eB about...waste of time - I tried.

I did call ebay one time about that in the past. They told me that once it was resolved it should not count against the limit.

Does for me ...even a few days after closing the unpaid item cases now.
