New eBay Seller

I'm new to eBay selling, I've items such as Smartphones, Games and others to sell.

Should I create a Auctiva account to be used with eBay as well, what's the benefit?

Also when sending the item, what receipt do I need to provide to the buyer in the package?

You are a brand new seller and you think you can sell branded phones. Good luck with that. How many items are you planning to sell everyday ?

Start with selling low value items

There are a few, I'll check them out,

Also to my knowledge is that video games are VEROed so do you really want to risk your brand new account getting suspended by their rights owner?

What should I sell first to start the account? Also later on how can I sell my video games?

If you are newbie and have never sold on eBay before then I can assure you that selling branded items will certainly end in disastrous results. Are you familiar with VERO? If not you should read about it. The best advice anyone could give you is to sell only non branded hence generic products on ebay. Even if your products are real and authorized but branded ebay will remove them and even if you call your supplier or contact directly they will do nothing about it, worse they will call your supplier and ask them to cut you off. Welcome to ebay!

The advice i'll give to a newbie is to STAY UNDER THE RADDER, even if you have experience selling before, if you start a new account you may want to walk your way up one step at a time. Sell non-vero, and keep off video games.

Well there are ways to to sell VERO and still stay under radar but if you do not know how to then you should forget about selling branded items.

I'm not a supplier of video games, I will only sell one copy of each video games, how do people sell video games on eBay without VERO?

I never said you were supplier. I said that if you buy your video games from a legitimate supplier and if the company like Ea Sports decided to cut you off they will do it through your supplier because quite frankly they do not want you to be selling their video games on eBay. My hunch is though that you are trying to sell illegitimate video games. Which is fine with me but I can assure you that it wont be fine with eBay. They will remove you listing almost immediately and if they don't they will remove it AFTER your listing has ended. Don't be surprised if all of the sudden you get open case in your Paypal from a buyer who wants their money back because eBay notified them about your VERO removal.

better stick to lower risk or even unbranded items unless you have receipts or invoices to prove purchases in case vero comes knocking.
