"I need to post" not showing up

Hi guys,
I have a Ebay UK account.

I sell everyday & Need to check what I need to post, but the "I need to post" option just does not appear even though buyers have bought & paid for the item. I have to go on sold list and get the order details from there.

I have just had this happening since a week now.

Anyone else had this problem? Is this a glitch?
