Can 2 Legit sellers be in one house?

Question. I have a roommate, both of us want to sell on ebay. This is using legit information, both can be SSN confirmed along with bank, credit card, everything else, etc... would it be ok for 2 people to sell using the same home address and IP (using different computers, don't know if IP would be same or different? But regardless...) . Neither have any link to a suspended account or anything, both clean.

Or would it be better for one person to be careful with IP address and use a PO Box to be safe as to avoid having to use stealth in the first place?

If u use any of the same info the accounts will be linked. If u run into problems on one account it will effect both. Dont waste your info, make sure everything is different including ip

The problem is not 2 accounts in one house or using the same IP address. The problem is that if one of you mess up you will be both doomed! Do you want to risk it?

Welcome to the forums. You are in the US...you have so many cheap options for separate IP...dont be lazy and use the same IP...be UNLINKED.

All the best

Makes sense, I was just curious if they would punish one completely innocent party if the other got suspended.

So best bet would be to use different just in case something does happen to one of us it doesn't drag us both down.

Not only will they suspend anyone else at that address but anyone who may log on to their PP account from your IP.

My PP got suspended, then my son who lives with me got his suspended.

My brother then stayed at my house for a week. I did not know he was logging into his PP account via my IP. Guess what? He got suspended also.

Made for a hostile environment.

I contacted PP and gave them Hell, but to no avail. PP said everyone trys to Game the System. :suspicious:
