Ebay pulled down my auctions

Now ebay says they tried to verify me yet again, I just went thru this about 2 weeks ago, and everything good until today.Now they want a power bill and a photo id. I have about $400 in paypal. The guy at Ebay said ebay views my transactions as illigitimate now, until I verify, with a fax of a photo ID and a pwer bill. Any ideas appreciated. This is a stealth.

So should I ditch this one and start a new? How often will the cycle repeat itself?
