When are these updated in our dashboards?

Top Rated Seller is determined on the 20th of each month, which is determined partially by your DSR score.

Thats not what i meant.

On our dashboards there is a column for Low DSR ratings. It shows the exact number and the percentage.

If i sell 100 items tomorrow the Percentage for Low DSR Ratings should change shouldnt it. But it doesnt. My question is how often is the % updated?

It updates when you receive feedback. The average doesn't change as items are sold, but as you receive feedback. The score can't be calculated for items you haven't received feedback for yet, only the ones that you have.

I dont mean my feedback %. I mean my low DSR rating %.

Yes, I mean low % DSRs too.

The low DSR is calculated based on feedback received. It's a % of low feedback. It has nothing to do with the amount of items sold.

If you get 100 feedback and 1 of them is low, you have a 1% low DSR. It doesn't help if you sell 500 more items and haven't received feedback on them yet. Those are not counted until you receive feedback.

Almost makes sense but i have one last question.

A buyer can leave feedback and not bother with DSRs right?

Is the low DSR % for only DSR left by buyers or for feedbacks as a whole. Even feedbacks with no DSRs attatched?
