Can I have multiple eBay accounts in one house?

I am not a networking expert and a lot of the discussions on setting up different IP addresses are a little confusing to me.

so here is my question…Suppose that I have two computers in my house but I have one internet router. If I set up one eBay account and one PayPal account on one computer and then one eBay account and one PayPal account on another computer, would eBay read that as having the same IP address?

Are IP addresses on the computer level or on the network level?

If they are on the network level, then essentially everyone in the same household would be required to share eBay accounts?

Thanks for any info.

You could have 500 computers all used in the same house ..
All use on router so all are linked .
You dont need 2 computers .
One is good enough to run as many accounts as you wish .
Its how you run them thats the key .
And yes everyone at that address is linked one way or another unless you learn stealth ..

Yes eB would see both computers as having the same IP address. You would need 2 modems and 2 ISP Provider connections to have 2 DIFFERENT Ips.

One router does mean all would have the same IP.

Rather than get too confused, what is your selling plan?

Share that, and we can help with the easier options.
