Seller Non-Performance policy

I got a newish account and received a negative early, but apart from that everything has gone well and no problems. However my fb is less than 20, and ebay have stopped my selling privileges until I get more posotive feedback I assume. At what % do they stop the selling bans? Is this done automatically?

HI: Sounds like a new initiative?
If youre at 20-with 1 neg--thats 95% correct?

OR--are 19/20 all from sellers and you have 0 history as a Seller?

All of the feedback is from buyers, im still under 20, I'll wait and see what happens once I get over 20.
