Ebay Restriction-Asking to Fax ?
 

Hi, I sold a couple of items on ebay and I have all positive feedback. When I had tried to get my selling limits raised they had asked me to fax in receipts for the item I sold. Some of the items I have got as gift and some I have bought. Im not sure what to do. They wont let me sell unless they receive the receipts. Any suggestions on what I should do?

This is silliest thing I ever heard... what do they think you`re a fence? What kind of item was it, a renoir painting? I would just make up a receipt on MS Word and fax it.

Hi @zoneout. Do you ever had that type of problem with ebay on asking you to send receipts ? I'm not sure what to do. I sold a couple of them but in order for them unrestricted my account and to have a higher selling limit I would have to send the receipts in. Do you have any template or anything so I could make one up. Do you think it ok to send it in like that ? I had 1 vero listing on the makeup removed. Im not sure. Could you please let me know. Thank you!

I always make up my Invoices, when Ebay ask me to provide, not because I am selling something I am sham of but I do not like to expose my providers
