Power and Veteran Ebay Sellers are now becoming a Problem

Okay, im wondeing if anybody is having the same problems

Been doing stealths for a while and to get my feedback up, im selling items from by old garage starting at 0.01p. Now many items are worth way more pound notes but most are making the £1 mark and im even throwing in free postage. All with images and sold as seen descriptions.

Problem is that im even getting complaints and non payments from ebay sellers that have zillions of feedback as sellers themselves. I asked a seller that bought from me a £1 engine valve cover if he had received the item and i got a reply of

"Not happy at all with it which is why iv not left feed back, its worse than the one i have, there is writing on it and red paint, the rubber mounts are missing and the foam is all damaged"

To give you an idea the part cost £150 from the dealership, so i dont know what he expects. The writing is the code i wrote with a marker pen and you can clean it with water and it is shown in the images. The guy never asked me any questions of condition. This same guy has a feedback of 12,000 +

My point is yes you are entitled to your opinion but i let the auction run for 10 days.

Now he is thinking of opening a Not as described case up.

Also have some power sellers buying goods, never paying and i have to open up a case against them and when they pay finally and get goods, they want to complain.

Im wondering if other people are having this kind of problem. Thoughts

I have had this before! Also when starting up new accounts I often get a lot more people scamming me saying items never arrived!

I think this is just people think that they can take the piss out of new sellers!

There are many statistics that prove that selling low value items or low starting price auctions on e/b results in a far higher percentage of NPB's, INR's and SNAD complaints than mid to high value items.

There is a lesson to be learned here.

this happens on ebay alot now , buyers know they have more power over the seller.

(after you refund them there 87p or whatever small amount , they are normally happy and leave feedback)

for building your feedback you should buy an aged account with feedback , far better and easyier

Here's what I do with buyers with ridiculous demands.
1.) I do my best to solve it without me losing any money or as little as possible.
2.) Forget about it.

Goes without saying... if you want to sell on EB you need to learn how to bend over.

It's a skill to deal with buyers on Ebay (or any site), and believe it or not it can be learned. First lesson....don't fight back. It often surprises them if you calmly present your position. It works for me, and I've been on Ebay over 14 years. Of course it sellers can't hack it, I'm glad to take their sales...:d
