Warning and Advice Regarding Defamation Claim Process
 

Hi guys....wanna give a heads up regarding when to use the defamation claim process

If you ever receive negative feedback and want it COMPLETELY REMOVED, then no matter what ebay tell you, never file a defamation claim.

If you do, the comment is removed but you can never go back to them and get the feedback completely removed as they will come out with the rubbish line of "it was the buyer opinion of the overall buying experience/transaction"

However, if you leave the negative feedback as it is and just keep on phoning until you get a sensible level headed customer service agent that will look at the situation, you have a better chance of getting the whole negative feedback removed which remember removes the obvious bad DSR rating the buyer has left.
