Setting Up Selling Agents to Avoid Account Limitations
 

Hi All,

I would really welcome everyones thoughts and insights on the following.

I am an antique and collectables distributor (1 of each unique item, 0.01p start auctions sale price average £55, minimum £4, maximum £561) for a number of antique shops in UK.
I have a successful ebay account in my daughters name which is running well, dsr has improved with faster despatch and freepost, now has 60items/ £2000pcm limit.
I had my own account which was running parallel and was running well at £750pcm limit, so I rang ebay and asked for limit to be upgraded, this prompted a manual review and they linked it to a historic banned 3 years ago account. They immediately removed all listings and banned the account.

The trouble is that I need to get the online sales up to 20k pcm and have the stock and capabilities to do this.

So I was wondering whether:

a) My daughter's account is likely to get banned on next review 20th jan? (same paypal account)
b) I should set up stealth accounts, but I have concerns about how to get 20k pcm out of stealth paypal and what happens if paypal ask for id verification and I cant provide it
c) I am wondering because of my unique niche and unique suppliers whether I may be better off to get 2 or 3 local people to take employment with me. They use their own ebay and paypal accounts, list and ship and keep 10% commission or a salary. Has anyone tried this?
d) Should I try other sites for collectable/antiques? Ebay seems the best overall

A. If your daughters account is using the same PP as your old banned account then yes its just a matter of time before its linked and suspended .
B. Stealth accounts are the way to go HOWEVER they take time and patience to build up so you would need an awful lot to gross 20k a month .
c. Is an option if there is trust between all concerned , Ive done this in the past more as a short term solution then once accounts were back in full swing i took back full control of everything as i didnt like the fact others were in control of my shipping and such .
