eBay Payment Not Received

I've sold three items on eBay, two of the items were sold and buyer sent payment but on the last item, the buyer bought it on eBay but didn't sent payment via Paypal

I've also send the buyer a message on eBay, if he doesn't respond tomorrow what should I do?

How do I open an unpaid item dispute? Also once I opened it, will the listing be put back up?

You have to wait after 4th day of auction close to open unpaid dispute.
Go to your all selling page, drop down the menu belong to the item and click on resolve a problem.

Basically, you should wait another 4 days to be able to close the dispute and receive FVF back b4 you resist the item.
However, if you feel your buyer won't pay, you can resist now.

@Casterina, opening unpaid disputes (resolve a problem), leaving feedback, marking as shipped are all part of the options that come up when you explore a completed auction.

Need to explore eB platform more :)
