ebay/paypal bank account questions?
 

hi i have a few questions maybe someone can help with

1. can paypal tell my street number from my bank on file?
2. can paypal tell my bank account zipcode from my bank on file?

now i have been told many times that paypal cannot tell my street number

but every time i enter a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ street number on pp for my street number it dosnt work

paypal only lets me enter the real street number, but i can enter a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ strret name for my bank account.

my real street address ( not really though). 78 tree rd

i try
88. tree rd, or
100 plant rd, or
100 box lane

they dont work everytime

i can only use 78 , than any street name.

it only let me use the actually street number and zipcode

i use bank of america
and vcc
i have maybe 100 houses in this zipcode

has ebay started to blacklist the entire zipcode?
have they started to ban entire ip block sets?(tens of thousands similar ips)
are they sharing more info with the banks than we are aware of?

so my delemia is i cant keep making accounts in the same zipcode with the same street number

i make 10 ebay accounts a day

and i have 50 active accounts right now
