Been several months without any selling limit increases

Hi, I looked around the forum and couldnt really find a specific answer or reason to my question so figured i would start a new thread and ask. Anyways i have 2 accounts that are very well aged. One is over 6 years old and the other is going on 2 years. My limits are 220/6500 and 140/5000. Now for the past 5 months i've hit the limits on both of those ( either in the quantity or the money) but haven't received any selling limit increases. I was just wondering why and if you guys had any insight. Thanks in advance for any input you may have

Do you always fully hit your limits every month? You need to hit your limits and use them up every month in order to be considered for increase the next month.

Does it matter if you hit just one of the limits or do you need to hit both?
