MC142 - Never seen this violation
 

using my friends account to sell stuff totally legit - just my stealth pp in some of mine listings - he list stuff too.

ebay asked to confirm identity + 30 day paypal records?

He recently listed something from his house - diff IP then what i use to list
i think this is the reason it got suspended

Probably because you had your stealth email in some of the listings.. Its two paypal accounts on one ebay account, which looks kind of fishy, I suspect.

You should just let the money goto the main paypal attached to the ebay and then work it out with your friend on the back end.

Also, you both logging in from different IPs could add to that suspicion.

But, just logging in from different computers in general is not suspicious in of itself.

You have linked yours as well as your friends account.
Give them what they ask for and pray that they do not ban both of you (most likely scenario at this point)

It could also be that you were logged in at the same time? Yes submit proof and hope for the best. Not all is lost yet.

I understand loging in from different IPs is not a problem but i would think creating listing from different IPs would be.

Lots of people have a different ip every time they log into ebay, myself included this is not a problem. The problem is you have linked two paypal accounts with different information to the ebay account and this is a problem. As mentioned, just do what they have asked and hope you don't get your friends account banned for this stupidity.
