So, how do you get a buyer suspended?
 

This buyer has been emailing for 5 MONTHS harrassing me and saying that I am related to the suspended ID and that they will report me. Of course they have no proof but for say I list 15 auctions they report me 15 times that I am a suspended User. I am even shocked that Ebay have not suspended me because this reports me through every auction I put up then EMAIL me and say vulgar things.

I am really fed and I have tried on numerous occasions to report her. However, she is not getting suspended despite her harassments.

What is a way to get a buyer suspended? I am beyond.

Complain to ebay about him. Say he's harassing you, stalking your listings, trying to get you suspended.

Why is he he after you for 5 months?

Anyway, generally, eBay will not suspended any buyers (unless they have unpaid strikes, that's about it). So it would be impossible to suspend a buyer.

If she can ID you as a previous suspended seller, then you're not doing your part of "creating a whole new identity". Your listings must look similiar or exactly like your old ones. Change it up!! Make it look like someone else's! And if ebay haven't suspended you yet, then just ignore the buyer.

Did you rip this guy off? I find it hard to believe anyone would go thru so much trouble if you didn't. But many ppl on ebay are notorious for having no life at all.
In which case copy the emails and headers and report them to ebay and they're gone.

no I didn't rip her off. In fact she was my customer on my old powerseller account and left me a postive. i don't know, I find it hard to believe that there are people with nothing to do but threaten ebay sellers...

I reported her to Yahoo and Ebay but both are not doing anything. Ugh.

I'm not selling counterfeit items. Just items that are not distributed by the brand store in the USA. I get them directly from China for very cheap compared to the wholesale prices in the USA. I don't know if they are smuggled or what and honestly I don't care. I can afford to start my auctions and sell them for lower price than what other competitors are selling them for. And if anyone has a problem with that... well I can't help that.

Uhm sorry to tell you if its coming from China, real cheap, and your beating powerseller and other big time compeitiors cost, its counterfeit~

All of you can accuse me selling counterfeit items or what not, and all I can say is honestly I'm not.

It's not counterfeit. I know my products. I can only get my hands on 3-4 of the item and they come with the bar code of the department stores. I took it to the stores and they said I can even exchange it for something else because the tag/barcode exists in their system.

If it was counterfeit I can get limitless amounts not just 3-4 pieces.

hummm, so a usa brand is coming from china and have a store brand upc on it??? so they are counterfeited upc codes now also??


and you may be limtied to the supply becasue it must be highly in demand. But if its coming from china and it is a usa brand its more them likely a excellent counterfeit.

LOL, no. I made sure that the product brand is MADE IN CHINA before I sourced the items in China. If it was something solely produced in the USA then I wouldn't even think of going to China for an AUTHENTIC item. I'm not that dumb!

So? they are smuggled or what? I don't care as long as I paid for them and they are authentic.

You accused me selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ stuff. I said I AM NOT, but they might be SMUGGLED. Smuggled and counterfeit items are different.

I don't know if you can get someone else suspended, I know that I sure wanted to after some ******* left me a vague negative feedback after I left him a great one, and he never bothered to contact me before he left that blight on my perfect record. I'll tell you what I did do, though.
I still had his email address, so I signed him up for every obnoxious emailling list I could. I signed him up for useless newsletters, porno mailing lists, you name it. The total was a few dozen. I was just mad that it wasn't a work email address, that would have been awesome.
Some of you might say "not cool, bro", but it sure made me feel better, lol.

You can get others seller suspended easily, Just request their user information and then sign up a new ebay account using their same information and then bid on lots of items and dont pay for it. Then you will get suspended and he will too because the information match the seller
