Default Ebay dispute, how to forward?

I shipped an item, customer received it.
He don't like it and i refunded.
I open a dispute to receive a refund of the ebay commission but the customer is not replying.
What can i do? 15 january i'll pay automatically ebay fees and if he do not reply i'll gift 6€ to paypal??

Well if you refunded it should be checked automatically. But if you gave a refund why you opened a dispute to get refund? Or do you mean to get your item back?

So it must be returned immediately after case/dispute was closed. Check email which you got from ebay after refund.

You have to CANCEL the transaction after you refund the buyer.

I refunded already.
There is no cancel transaction option, i opened a dispute but buyer doesn't reply.

If you opened a Cancel the transaction dispute- you will be able to close it after 7 days if buyer does not reply.

Yes on the dispute i selected to cancel transaction.
But if then buyer reply then paypal automatically pay the fees to ebay on 15 jan...

I don't do dispute cases. I refund and take the ebay fee hit as the cost of doing business. Too many open disputes will toast an account.

Never needed to do that. eBay always did it automatically after refund is choosen.

There is no dispute - the buyer and seller mutually agree to cancel the transaction.

Yes eB should see that the refund was done - is it such a big deal if you pay 6 now but get the 6 refunded later? It is a small amount.
