Default eBay never posted the auction

So I created a new sellers account 3 days ago...posted right away then I asked a friend from another computer to check the auctions and he said he didn't see them after checking "All sellers auctions" but in my ebay it shows the auction posted with the amount of time left

So that means Ebay is not posting auctions now. What will they do next?

Actually that is what craigslist does. They make you think your ad is up and it says it in your account but when you do a search for it its not there

Remember auctions don't show up immediately under your account name, especially on new accounts they take a few hours, sometimes up to a day.

Once I actually noticed that a few of my listings never became searchable by the time they ended. They were music albums & I think it was because some of the tracklisting I included had curses in them.

eBay should really notify about this instead of pretending to properly list them...

yep i had a gokart on there and had it featured but it never showed up?
i wrote ebay several times as i paid $50.00 for the listing.
they said it can take a while...yea right not 1.5 days.
finally i kept writting and one of them found a mis spelled word that was a curse word...was supposed to say shift but you know what it said so ebay never listed it until i went and revised the auction changing the word ( i wouldnt of even known any better if it wasnt a featured listing and i knew something was wrong when i wasnt getting any views).
would be nice if they could let you know when an auction had a curse word in it while your listing it...alot of auction prob dont show up for this reason and most people with a large inventory just think its an item that just dont sell???

Unfortunately, another class action lawsuit is needed before ebay lets the listings show up.

Based on the speed of ebay's systems, I suspect listings can show up within minutes, but ebay intentionally delays them. After ebay had that class action suit for listings being slow to show up a year ago, they showed up within minutes. People here and myself too found low feedback and new accounts have their items take eight hours to show up instead or less than two.

You say you misspelt shift as without the F and that's why? That eBay filtered you out for some tiny little s*** of saying the S-word? (I'm masking the profanity because I heard some s*** about they don't want you to say profanity and s*** in this forum)

Okay I tested that s*** you talked about.

s*** in title:
http://search.ebay.com/****_W0QQ_trksidZm37QQfromZR40
76 items found for: s***

s*** in title and description:
http://search-desc.ebay.com/****_W0Q...ofocusZunknown
345 items found for: s***

Well s***, it turns out lots of s*** comes back as the result. So eBay isn't filtering s*** out or at it least it isn't always filtering s*** out. So I don't know what s*** eBay is up to with its filtering and s***.

It could be that your account was 3 days old. eBay loves to s*** on new users more than anyone else.

one of the many joys of ebay is when u list a item like a VeRO item ebay will not list it but yet have a monkey check out your listings and if they just think your selling illegal stuff even w/o proof they will banned you and no one will every get to even see your listing

ebay may claim its there system it its some times slow at listing but thats bulls**t u can list a vero item and list something like a bath towl or tolelt bowl seat and u will notice the the non vero item will show up instanly after posting it while the vero items takes up to 7 hours to show!
