Question about certified mail....
 

I just used a 24/7 automated machine at the post office. I wanted to beable to track a letter so I picked certified mail. At first I thought the machine got screwed up because I did not see any labels that printed. I was about to leave thinking it got jammed till I saw a label stuck in the printer. The edge of the label was just at the start of the printer so it was hard to see.

My question is this does not show any postage paid, just a certified tracking number even though I paid for postage.

Is this all that is needed? Or did it not print the postage? Its hard for me to get to the post office during normal business hours so any help is appreciated.

If the Postage Printed it means that its paid for, Were you abel to use the Postage?,,were you able to stick it onto your Package?,,because in order to track,,, it needs to be scanned,,,

Maybe you should call them during business hours and get the real answer from them.

Well, I would guess it needs the postage and another label for certified mail. but i guess ill need to ask them before im out 4$.

For any package to be tracked, from what I understand...it needs to be scanned in at the postal office is some fashion
