ebay cancel auction after buyer has paid
 

so ebay cancelled an auction, after it ended evidently because the buyer paid. singe item. I didnt know the buyer paid till he messaged me through ebay.

all the info is gone from ebay. My question is, if i ship the item, will the funds release on paypal after he receives the item or will it hold indefinitely, waiting for a ok from ebay to release.

If you shipped the item and provide tracking number and shows as delivered, than yes, you will get your money. They might delay the release of funds but you will get your money eventually. This has happened to me before on many listings but after proof of delivery, funds were released into my PP account within 14 days and some less than that.

Yes, as long as they've paid you're good. If the auction ends and ebay cancels it before they pay, you can't process it.

Like the above poster said, it may delay the payment getting released if you are under the 21 day hold.
