policy violations will it go away???
 

hey on the sellers dash board it says my policy compliance is failing... i have 3 policy violations but will these disappear from the dash board after a while? i know ebay will still keep a record of it.

My dashboard says:-

Copyright violation from 6th April - before digital ban and I was the author and I registered with myfreecopyright.com and sent ebay the proof.

The 2nd is trying to circumvent ebay fees on the 6th May. Apparently by listing my apartment, in Spain, for rent at a set price and not per person is trying to circumvent fees.

Can you imagine if I did 6 separate listings at 33.17 pounds per week per person instead of the listing I did which said 199 pounds per week total apartment cost and stated it sleeps 6?!

A) If one person did a buy now at 33.17 they would be getting an absolute bargain and I would be losing money.

B) If 6 different ppl did a buy now, not knowing each other and all turned up to find out they had to share they would be furious and rightly so!!

All other holiday listings had a per apartment price - I checked as this was the first time I listed the property and wanted to see what others were doing to get the best bookings.

Long story short - ebay say I must list a per person price?! They just cannot see how that will not work. Idiots!

Although they go away, youre still on the violation radar. I sold vero on one of my accounts and i had 3 policy violations. After that i didnt want to get suspended so i started selling my usual again a while later i got restricted and i wasnt allowed to list (although i wasnt suspended). I contacted customer service and they said it may have to do with my previous violations.

So what do you guys think if my account policy is in the poor do you think it's on it's last strike I have gotten 4 listings in the last month pulled not (Vero) and now I am in the poor I have a stalker I think I listed the listing in my store and it got pulled again for wrong catagory not even up for a day.

I still show FEEDBACK ABUSE keeping me at 'FAIR ' from back in JUNE , i was at POOR for a VERO - It went away after 90 days and i moved up to FAIR but the FEEDBACK ABUSE it a big no-no as i left a NEGATIVE - POSITIVE or whatever they call it ...my smaller account from 8/2007 w/ over 1,000 fb with 99.8 positive ...went right to POOR after i got 3 listing pulled from the same compny for VERO .
