Just received my first Vero notice

Hi all,

I am powerSeller doing about $30K per month on eBay, and just received my first Vero notice from eBay, which has got me worried.

I never sell any branded goods, its all imported from China. The Vero notice was initiated by a seller of baking goods who had design rights on that specific product. There was nothing on their listing to tell anyone about this design (are they being negligent? maybe a different thread question).

Anyhow my "compliance rating" has become red status, and I was wondering whether anyone knew how many Vero warnings one would get before being punished.

Apologies in advance, I am sure this was covered many times in the forum, however I am looking for current and fresh information
