US ebay Acoount for a German

I have question about ebay, i'm using a US ebay account for 3 days also i have a US paypal account. The Paypal account is verified with an US Cell phone number also with a real bank of america checking account (on my name) and linked to the ebay account. I use the same real US adress for both accounts.

My problem is the limit, i want to sell a few things from china but i have a 1000 USD and 10 items limit. Is there any way to cancel the limits? My second problem is that i'm from Germany, i can stay 6 months in the usa but i have no SSN number also i have no US bills or something like that to proof my person, and that is what ebay want i understand.

I'm also afraid about my paypal account, after i verified it with a real bank of america and a cell phone number, they should be no limits on it but is it true?
