i can use one computer with many users, and one router for each user with a different ip and one isp suplier? or is better have many isp, and many computers?

No problem with that. Typically I don't open more than 5 accounts with each bank though. Spread your banks out too if they are opened as a personal account, now business accounts might be different.

opening bank accounts is the hardest part, go in person as to lower the risk of setting off flags for opening too many accts

I use sock5, and don't really get why nobody else does. Using a different "user" for each ebay/paypal account doesn't change your IP address, and even changing your IP by unplugging your router and such doesn't do much for paypal anyways. Plus do you want to go mess with your router every time you need to log in?

A sock5 changes your IP address to anywhere you want in the world. It's not a proxy in the sense it doesn't make your IP address hidden, it simply changes it and makes ebay/paypal think you are in a different place. It's been working great for me, don't know why it is ignored on this forum.

What is a sock5 and where would I obtain one? I've been using the Verizon 4g dongle. Any other way of getting fresh IP's is always something I'm interested in. Thanks

it isn't going to be free for a good list of sock5 servers, most ones you find on google aren't working.

I dont use different accounts although this does simplify it I suppose, I have too many accounts to manage, I just use ccleaner to remove all cookies

Same here, just one user and an iphone, don't even track ip's, I've had accounts last over a year and more like that and I've sold on well over 100 accounts from the same user..
