Starting a new Ebay Acct. ??? Quick help
 

I have read almost all the forums and just want to be clear on a couple issues.
I have had a couple paypal accounts suspended. Subsequently ebay accts. linked obviously.

1- My IP address is burnt. What is the best way to handle this. Can I go to my library or Kinkos to use computer but always use same location all the time?? What is the best way?
2- When giving my CC for Ebay. If the Debit Card has my name on it and I am using a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name for registration what do I type for name on card or other info?

1. No need to go anywhere. Just use your home computer. Go and get dialup first of all as you'll not have to change the ip address every time you log in. Create a new windows user account and then download firefox.

2. Get simons giftaccount and put all the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info on that instead of using your own debit card.

Best bet if you haven't already read the stealthbook read it and learn from it its step by step and will tell you everything in detail. Also register as a member of the forum and you'll get it with your registeration. Its only $37 and I'll get you back on ebay and will keep you there continuing your business.

if your using a dsl service get a static ip and call them daily to change it

You have a choice of going to a library or Kinkos as you asked. You could also have dial-up at home. You decide how you want to use your computer to get back to ebay. Getting a static IP and calling the ISP daily to change it, is counter-productive. The ISP will quickly get annoyed that a user does that. Whatever you do, keep a log of everything.
If that CC has never ever been used on ebay/paypal before, you need only give numbers AND the name of the ebay account....if you get my drift.
