eBay Verification Question
 

Hello,

I actually have a 3 part question,

The other day when I attempted to sign up for a new selling account I was required to do a phone verification.

They also offered a verification of another type at the bottom of the page,
Does anyone know what the other verification method is and how difficult is it to perform?

Also, if I verify through the "other" method will the account still require verification by phone before I can list a item??

Also if I turn down the phone verification & opt. to go with verify my account another way, wouldn't my account be flagged?

Any help would be appreciated. :)
