The DSR's all meet the standards. As does opened cases etc..
"Hi xxxx,

Communicating promptly and professionally
By keeping in touch with your buyers and maintaining a positive, professional tone, you can resolve many concerns before they become problems.
- Make sure nothing you say in your listing discourages buyers from contacting you.
- Respond promptly to all questions or concerns.
- Update your buyers on the status of their purchases.

I respond to all messages within 24 hours, i had a non english speaking negative that didn't make sense, that they didn't receive the proper item. I responded to it as " Why wouldn't you write me if you received the wrong thing? I mean come on REALLY?"
Maybe that's why~ haha (but really, who just leaves a negative feedback if they received the wrong item and leaves a negative instead of messaging the seller? IDIOTS do.)
as for auctions perhaps discouraging messaging...
"DO NOT BID AND THEN ASK QUESTIONS LATER, if we are unable to respond to your question please don't bid until we can respond. If you should not receive a response we apologize, most answers are within the auction listing itself. Again please don't bid if you have a serious question that's unanswered"
Should i remove that from my auctions? You would think it'd be common sense to ask a question if it's important to know about a product... But this is ebay, so i have to remind them. But then again, as greenbean would say, i'm the idiot for responding the way i do sometimes. Life can be hard as a narcissist
