Default Lost TRS account and changed to "Below standard"

So i have a TRS account dropped down to below standard... The account qualifies for TRS, so i guess ebay manually reviewed the account and decided, while this person qualifies for TRS, we've decided because our ass itches, we're going to remove it this month. Really? Why have a checklist of things you must meet, if you meet them all they still can arbitrarily take it away if they feel like it. Maybe competitor works at ebay?!!?

the account status isn't done manually otherwise can you imagine how many staff eBay would need to employ just for that (if you take into account the number of brain cells there current staff have lol...)

Therefore you need to check what's changed on your account to make this happen

Yes what he said. But , in certain situations they can do it manually such as appealing for a TR seller status , removing the low DR etc. I don't think it applys on your story. It's more or less due to your low ratings , opened cases , tracking information etc.

The DSR's all meet the standards. As does opened cases etc..
"Hi xxxx,

After evaluating your seller account, we're changing your seller standing to Below Standard in the US performance program. This account will remain Below Standard for a minimum of 1 month, after which it will be evaluated on the 20th of every month until your performance improves.

Based on your ratings, we recommend you focus on communicating promptly and professionally.

Communicating promptly and professionally
By keeping in touch with your buyers and maintaining a positive, professional tone, you can resolve many concerns before they become problems.
- Make sure nothing you say in your listing discourages buyers from contacting you.
- Respond promptly to all questions or concerns.
- Update your buyers on the status of their purchases.

Learn more about improving your ratings with better communication.

For specific details about your performance and areas where you can improve, click Go to Seller Dashboard. "

I respond to all messages within 24 hours, i had a non english speaking negative that didn't make sense, that they didn't receive the proper item. I responded to it as " Why wouldn't you write me if you received the wrong thing? I mean come on REALLY?"

Maybe that's why~ haha (but really, who just leaves a negative feedback if they received the wrong item and leaves a negative instead of messaging the seller? IDIOTS do.)

as for auctions perhaps discouraging messaging...
"DO NOT BID AND THEN ASK QUESTIONS LATER, if we are unable to respond to your question please don't bid until we can respond. If you should not receive a response we apologize, most answers are within the auction listing itself. Again please don't bid if you have a serious question that's unanswered"

Should i remove that from my auctions? You would think it'd be common sense to ask a question if it's important to know about a product... But this is ebay, so i have to remind them. But then again, as greenbean would say, i'm the idiot for responding the way i do sometimes. Life can be hard as a narcissist

Have you checked your global performance rating then?.

This is why i try not to sell out of the EU because of buyers rating bad stars for the slow postal service, which we can do nothing about.

Definitely remove that from your auctions. That's obviously what they were referring to. Sometimes it's better to just deal with dumb questions than to put stuff like that in your description.. Also, as much as I hate to sometimes, I'm extremely nice to everyone, even if its clearly their fault. Sometimes I catch myself typing a ****ty response to someone or replying to somebody's neg feedback, I always end up just deleting the text and start over.. I always have money in mind, being ****ty gets your nowhere on eBay. It's almost daily that I bow down to a customers demand because of eBay's feedback system.
