Problems setting up a seller account

Hello

I have recently started to incur a problem when setting up my account. Whenever I go to sell an item, at first there is no problem.

I am able to do the listing, then at the last page, it says I need to create a seller account - which leads me to the page of confirming my information so that they can send me a pin number to my phone - it always says "ebay page not responding"

It doesn't matter how I get to the page, I always get an "technical error at this time.. try again in 15 minutes" --- it still is there no matter how many times I try.

I have cleared all my cookies and cache thinking it might be going off my history. NO luck. I changed browsers. NO luck.

I sat on the phone for over 40 minutes with tech support - No luck.

What should I do?? I am so frustrated -- Been going on for a few days.

Restart your computer & or shut it down. Then use another browser such as Internet explorer or Firefox. Let me know if it worked!

Thanks! shutting down and restarting worked.

Also in the future try cc cleaner. Clear your cache history and prefetch data. I'm not sure it means but it always fixes it for me.

In most cases it's your own computer/browser . Sometimes eBay has an update in their site & it tends to say "page not responding" because they are fixing that certain catogeory. It's higlyn recommended to use Firefox for stealth. However , I use Crome because I'm use to it.Nothing has happened ever since I started eBay with Crome using stealth. Just thanks to aspkin for creating the stealth book & saving each others business.
