I'm starting to love the new feedback system...
 

3:20am: I sent the tracking number to the buyer.

4:19am: He emails me back saying the tracking number doesn't work and asks if I'm pulling a scam.

4:20am: He leaves me negative feedback, calling me a scammer and a fraud.

4:22am: He emails me saying "sorry, I mistyped the tracking number. it's all good."

Sure, it's all good. But I'm stuck with the negative. :mad: :(

IMjust--you seem to always get the "bad boys" after you---Im starting to really feel sorry for you..

Have you ever thought about changing your country/area of shipment??
maybe to Ireland or something--Im starting to think theyre picking on you --as you are in Japan ??

(just a friendly thought that crossed my mind)

I get a lot of good sellers too. But people don't complain about good sellers, don't they? I'm just selling a lot right now. Like 150-200 orders per day, seriously. So every 2-3 days (or every 450 orders) you do get a bad guy. It's a pretty good average though ...like 0.2%

Imjustme....Sorry to see this...I have had similar problems in the past two days with buyers not figuring out the UPS tracking system....No negative feedback yet, but poor, nasty emails....

wow. I got a stupid neg today. My auction clearly states that the item was being shipped from the US, i make sure put it in large red letters when im drop shipping since i know buyers dont read. So they won and paid for the item i sent the tracking number. I log onto my account i had a neg that said: seller sent the item but shipped it from the US. wth!?

It's plain & simple...buyers do not read the listings. What I don't get is they will wait over a week for something say from Amazon or whoever but not merely 3 days for something from eBay. And what ticks me off is when you have free shipping on your listings and still don't get 5 stars for shipping & handling. What do they expect free shipping and then some?

You forgot to put a $100 bill in the package? That's the main reason if I forget that on a $20 item.

Well eBay are working on a system for feedback withdrawal which should be implimented by the end of this year - apparently. Not sure if this is UK only though?

That will be useful for 1 eBay seller that is left because all the others got negged to death.
