Selling Limits question

this is first topic for me and i need help on my ebay seller account .....

i have egyptian ebay account and i create it since year, when i opened it in same day my account suspended because ebay need my info
i sent fax include my documments and my account open from customer service after 2 days , now i changed my country to united arab emirates
and i will need call them for raise my limits because my limit not raise from i creat my account ..........
my question :
1- if i call them Is it possible to ask me my new info in the new country such ( address and phone number )?
2- What are the questions that could be said me to increase limits ?

notes : my limits 20 items or $500 .....and i have over 70 positive feedback with 1 negative feedback ....

We usually recommend to not call ebay to raise limits.

Sometimes it makes more troubles.

How are you going to use paypal if you are in a new country?

i will creat united arab emirates paypal account and i will link it with ebay ....

My safest advice to you then is to wait.

Wait and see that you are selling OK when you move.

Are your DSRs OK?

Again, I do recommend not calling to raise limits given what you have sai about changing country and having a new paypal

Wait a few more months. You dont know yet what ebay is like in the UAE.

How long ago was that negative?

I literally just got off the phone with ebay and had my limits increased from 50/5,000 to 75/40,000. The call was painless and didn't require any documents or verification.

How old is your account? Please can you share your DSR/feedback score?

I want to call to try to raise limit on one account to understand the dance.

My account is 4.5 months old. 100% positive feedback and 5.0 DSR's across the board. 180 feedback with 74-76 ratings in all DSR categories. I am a Silver Power Seller and Top Rated Seller already on this account, along with having a store open.

What are the questions that they said to you?

They verify the registered name and address/phone number on the account. Then they ask you what it is that you are cakling for. Tell them you want to know if you are eligible for selling limit increase. They will ask what your goals are as far as your business goes...how much your projected sales are, what you sell, etc. They do this every time I call. They just want to get a feel for you. They review your account for open cases, negative feedback, DSR scores, etc. If you kept your nose clean, you have nothing to worry about.

I already verified my info but I changed the country to UAE , is it possible them ask me new address and phone number ?

Yes of course they will.

But I still in Egypt ,I change the country because I can't have Egyptian PayPal account (paypal don't support Egypt ) , ......now I return my country to egypt and use Egyptian eBay acc (verified real info )with UAE PayPal acc verified with credit card and bank account and phone number ?

Or don't change UAE country .....and use UAE ebay account (without info ) with UAE PayPal account verified......etc ?

can someone tell me how I can find out my selling limits? qty and price? its not under my ebay/all selling..where do i exactly go to see it? Thanks

When you click "all selling", it should tell you right there in a big box what the limits are. Is your selling account set up properly?

under "All Selling" my tabs are...

selling reminders
active selling
sold
returns
unsold
announcements
listing offers
-------
where would it be listed?

Click all selling, it will take you to a page where it will show all of your active, sold, unsold, blah blah. Or just click active selling. The page it brings up will have the box.
