Does anyone know what the UK equivalent is to a Resale Licence/ Certificate?

As i am looking at purchasing wholesale from a company in the USA, however they require this document :juggle:

There is no such licence in uk.
Ask them if they will accept your UTR
Unique tax reference - obtain from HMRC
Shows your a legit business
