Ebay Requesting for Receipts?
 

Hi, so my friend had called in and they had asked her to fax them some receipts for the item she had sold. She did fax the receipts. Does anyone know how long does it take for them to take a look at it and how would she know whether her account is unrestricted? Does ebay email her? Any help would be greatly appreciated it. Thank you!

i also have a question about this...when they ask for receipts, should you black out your personal info on it and only show the invoice of items?

i had experiences with this a few years ago, it can take up to 48 hours or up to a week...

and if you black anything out, it shows you have something to hide or your not legitimate. so i wouldn't recommend doing that.
