I need help with this.
 

I repair items so does my brother. These items are consoles, my brother has been repairing these items for many many years.

My question is, when some customers do not anything to do with the broken devices, my brother repairs it and gives it to me to sell.
Now,i do not like selling refurbishment iphone etc, only think i do sell are consoles. My prices are reasonable, lower than most, since it is not new.
It is always hard to prove to EB and AZ and these are authentic. All these always have serial numbers on them.
How to overcome this problem.

Photos of the item - have some sort of work order creation - photo of serial number with some numbers blacked out - these will help your listing.
