US or UK account using in Hong Kong

I saw a lot members selling US, UK or CA account. It is safe to buy and use it in Hong Kong?

Or is there any source to buy HK's account?

Did you buy any HK account?

You can use it from any country you want, But you will need a US IP for the US account, UK IP for UK account and the same goes for Canada.

You will also need to figure out how you are going to withdraw your funds from the PayPal account, I believe all mentioned countries (US, UK & CA) accept only Local Bank account (as withdrawal method), Canada maybe accepting US Bank accounts as well.

This is a big problem when I don't have bank accounts in those countries, especially in case when the pp account got suspended, I can't withdraw money even after 180 days.
I may check if any friend in those countries allow me to transfer money to their bank account.

Probably your only choice, but just a tip.

It seems like this is a common problem for those people opening USA accounts, I don't truly understand why people don't make sure they have a plan for withdrawing funds BEFORE starting to sell on these accounts.

If you can't get a US bank account, you'd better think of having a PayPal account in another country...

Using another account to withdraw funds from your US account involves a huge risk which will lead to limitation problems with PayPal.
