Advice needed about trouble buyer. HELP!
 

So this guy is a shill or something for ebay or maybe just a competitor but he keeps buying up my goods then leaving bad feedback for various fictitious reasons and its killin my rep!

My qestion is how do you block someone from leaving feedback when you know they're going to be trouble? My understanding was if you gave them a refund they couldnt leave you feedback, but thats definitely not the case. Ive tried canceling the orders but he refuses the request and demands I ship the items. How do I handle this? The guy had (0) feedback when he first bought from us and we refused to work with him on that basis. The ebay buyer filters seem to be a joke and anyone it appears that anyone can make a brand new account and slander the competition with no recourse for the seller?

Is the shipping address always the same? This could be a flag for ebay

One important tip is you need to spread sales among different accounts.

you can add the buyers name to your ebay blocked list, this will stop him from buying any more items from you.

you cant block anyone from leaving feedback. you need to block them from buying from you as described above.

Nice Ill start compiling a list of troublemakers and suspicious bidders. The list is getting too large to keep in my head any way. No I just need to hunt around and figure out where these block settings are. So Ill get on it thank you! :clap:
