 Buyer list in auction my items like bad
I have a problem and do not know how to solve it. I'd like to ask your advice before making a mistake.
Some time ago I was an eBay seller, then I was suspended only to sell (currently active account to purchase this). Then I met this forum and bought the book. I followed each of the steps and finally I succeeded. Create two separate accounts with good sales on ebay. I have spent almost two years selling regularly.
Now my problem is that a buyer realized that I am the selling before. He asked and never answered clearly. This buyer had purchased many items from my old account and followed up buying items from my actual account. Everything was going well until one of the parts arrived damaged. Obviously, I offered to send the damaged part. But not wanted, wanted a new part. so I agreed to send a new problem. But He began to be very aggressive and threatening until said me that he was a very powerful person with many friends that would hurt me..etc..
The current problem is that this buyer put my items on sale in ebay. He wrote in the auction my old id account with my id actual and said "he is same guy" In his auction show pictures of damage item and write things very bad of me. The price for the parts are absurdly expensive and says that his intention is not to sell the items. His intention is do a bad publicity and has been successful because my sales are down...
I would like to report it but ebay might investigate me. What I can do with this buyer obsessed??? ..
