Coins are a Surprising one for me..

I don't know coins is on the list. I am a coin collector and have bought many coins on ebay.

Coins and stamps can easily be counterfeit. ebay watch what you list. If the coin is a replica it must be well defined in the listing. US Federal law watches coins and notes closely.
Stamps can be a nightmare because of artist's copyright. Many stamps come from the old Eastern Bloc countries and in fact have never been issued by the actual government on the
stamp.

Where did you get this info at? I still see some of these items still listed on ebay...esp. used clothes an stun guns, pepper spray..

IF you go to HELP and search for restricted items, much of the list is there. And of course
we all know that some sellers get away with selling questionable items. LOL.

Clothes, used this is a surprise to me, I have always sold my childrens outgrown clothes!

International trading is now forbidden on eBay? :D

Yeah coins are also most surprising for me as well. Coins, coupons, gift cards... they are all over ebay and dont they have a category? How can you have a category for something thats prohibited.

Couldn't figure out how to get the quote I wanted in here, but about the used clothing, specifically the underwear.....there is or at least there was, not sure now, a HUGE market for old nylon underwear pre-1970s. They had to have a certain type of crotch though. Certain labels sell in the hundreds. Not kidding.
Plus, there is a whole discussion forum category for vintage (read: used) clothing on ebay, as well as a category for it within the Clothing category, so their list is meaningless in many cases.
